With your assistance, we see this event to as a great opportunity to raise funds for kids who can’t afford to play the game while providing local talented youths with much deserved inspiration, motivation, for the sport.

By partnering with us, you will not only be supporting a wonderful cause with the B416 foundation, but also have an opportunity to fulfill a social responsibility in helping with the development of a thriving sport. As exciting as it can be, we look forward to celebrating this momentous occasion with you, and perhaps invite you to become one of our Title sponsors to make this tournament successful more than ever.

See you there and keep balling!

WHAT IS BATTLE 416?

In 2018, Battle 416 was launched in the heart of Toronto at Nathan Phillips Square as Toronto’s hottest outdoor Basketball Festival and Tournament, with the support of the Philippine Independence Day Council, a non profit umbrella.

The basketball culture in the city of Toronto has grown each and every year. This August 23rd to 25th, 2019, we are rewarding fans of the culture, the city’s top talent, and all guests to Toronto with our second year of Basketball festivities at, City Hall.

We are pleased to present Battle 416 (B416). B416 is a festival that celebrates all things in competitive street culture in Canada. B416 will bring together Toronto’s Elite men’s and women’s teams, in an invitational 5-on-5 outdoor full court experience that will highlight and showcase the immense talent that the city has to offer.

The B416 team is excited to crown the city’s top youth, men’s, and women’s squads in its second year. But the street culture festival does not stop there. On top of the main event invitational tournament, we will kick of the weekend’s festivities with a highly anticipated Charity Celebrity Game featuring some of Toronto’s most influential figures as well as some very special guests to be announced later this summer.

With the growing nationwide popularity of the game and basketball culture in general, we feel that the importance of having this outdoor event at City Hall will help to bring more awareness of not only the talent that Toronto has to offer, but an experience that can help bring fans together to celebrate diversity, competitive culture and all things basketball. As a proud local supporter of the culture, your involvement can help make this event grow into a staple for summertime events…not only in Toronto, but throughout Canada and all of North America. Join us for another successful year!
